Booking Appointments - All appointments for spa and salon services are guaranteed with a credit card. For your convenience, we can keep your credit card number on file.
Cancellation/Late Policy - We require a minimum of 4 hours notice to re-schedule or cancel a single appointment. Multi services or multiple appointments require a full 24 hs. notice to cancel or change in any way. If you fail to call or show, your card will be charged 100% of the service booked. Should you be running late, we will hold your appointment for 15 minutes, provided we hear from you; and an additional $10 late fee will be applied to your bill. More than 15 minutes late, the service will be adapted to time left, and the full amount plus late fee will be charged.
Cell Phones - We ask you to consider others, costumers, staff and patrons. Please, mobile phones should be on vibrate mode during services.
Check In - Please arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment time and check in at the reception area.
Children - Due to insurance regulations, we ask, that unless receiving a service, children are not on the studio floor during a service.
Attire - We want to keep the integrity of your garments but we are not responsible for any damage caused to your clothes by the chemichal used in our salon. Therefore, we emphasize the use of our gowns.
Wireless Connection - Ask at the concierge desk.
Dogs - Are not permited; sorry, it's the law.
Health issues and allergies - Please advise us on any concerns or allergies you may have, when booking your appointment.
Payments - We accept Visa, Master Card, Debit Cards, and American Express. Sorry, we cannot accept checks. Gift certificate #'s must be provided when booking appointments.
